Cancellation Policy: Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time and Saturday’s 10:00 AM to 2:00pm Pacific Standard Time. All cancellations must be made during normal business hours.
Cancellations 60 days or more prior to your arrival date will be charged the nonrefundable booking fee.
Cancellations made between 60 to 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee of $250.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date will be charged the full rent amount. If cancellation is due to an emergency and Occupant is unable to reschedule the booking, Occupant will be charged full rent.
No adjustments in the rent amount will be made for late arrivals or early departures. Should the property become unavailable for rent or unsafe, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation or move the guest to another property.
A $ 50 plus tax nonrefundable booking fee is charged at the time of reservation is made.
The Guest signing the Vacation Rental Agreement and the Credit Card Authorization must be the same and is responsible for all damages, including any damages in excess of the security deposit.
Upon arrival we will process your security deposit preauthorization by submitting it to your credit card company, this applies for short term stay. All damages, service fees, and any other item specified in this Addendum, as well as excessive housekeeping are chargeable to you through the signed and returned contract. Should damage exceed the required security deposit amount Occupant accepts full liability for all such damages. If you find any damage to property when you check in you must notify us immediately to avoid a charge to your security deposit (Authorization) for repairs. All expenses incurred in repairing damages that occurred during your stay will be charged to you plus a $50 service fee.
A non refundable cleaning fee has been charged for cleaning after your departure. To avoid additional cleaning charges please leave the property in the same condition you found it, less normal wear and tear. Any excessive cleaning will be charged at the rate of $25 per hour. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Restoration of furniture to its original order will be charged to your security deposit pre Authorization.
Long Term Security deposit of $1000.00 is required via check, money order or cashiers check,prior to arrival, and used only if damages are caused to the property. Deposits made by check will be refunded within 21 days of your departure. (Long term stay 30 nights and over)
Short Term Security deposit of $500.00 (less than 30 nights) is only reserved and placed on hold to the credit card, and used only if damages are caused to the property.
Your contract states the number of authorized guests; if additional persons (sleeping) are in the unit you agree the security deposit is forfeit.
The telephone in the unit is for local calls only. Any long distance calls or cable TV programming (pay per view) is not allowed.
